Job Summary
Ensure that all mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and equipment on the vessel are maintained to the highest operational standards.
Skills Required.
Recognized Marine/Engineering qualification from Maritime college or equivalent.
Valid Unlimited 2nd Engineer motors.
Must have experience as a 2nd Engineer on a DP MODU.
Training as required for the position as per maritime requirements.
Offshore survival and medical certificates as mandated by government/client regulations are required.

Education/Training/Certifications
Must have basic Preventive Maintenance Systems (PMS) knowledge.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be proficient in troubleshooting and repairing systems.
Additional Requirements
Working experience reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings.
Strong experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and equipment.
Strong knowledge of A/C drive power generation systems in diesel-electric and mechanical propulsion systems.
Strong knowledge of maintenance, and operations of electronic automation
