B.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in Structural Engineering Design.
5+ years of experience with shipyard operations emphasizing Ship/MODU repair or new construction.
5+ years of drafting experience in AutoCAD, or 3+ years of service as Noble CAD Designer Associate with demonstrated competence.
Experience in structural design and/or steel fabrication detailing for industrial facilities as well as knowledge of analytical modeling processes and performance calculations on structural components.
Experience in Finite Element Analysis from structural standpoint.
Knowledge of rig construction including detailed structural design drawings, production drawings, nesting, and general arrangement design.
Travel is an essential job function (est. 25%, domestic, international, & offshore).
