What we need from you
Experience
Highly experienced technical professional with wide exposure to Project Engineering/ Management roles, with prior experience managing a portfolio of projects within energy and resources.
Experience in delivery operational technology and telecommunication projects in a brownfield environment.
Experience managing DEFINE, EXECUTE and OPERATE project delivery phases.
Experience using work management process for Management of Change (MoC’s).
Experience of identifying project critical success factors; risks and developing mitigating plans.
Demonstrated excellence in execution of brownfield projects.
Experience in providing input to Engineering design, HAZID, Constructability and Risk Assessment processes
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent working experience.
The ability to set the HSSE standards required and to lead by example to ensure that all aspects of the work are completed safely and in line with Company’s HSSE expectations.
Strong project execution, construction execution and project controls (budgeting, estimating, planning, progress monitoring, analysis) skills are must.
Strong understanding of document management processes.
Adequate understanding of the relevant regulations and standards.
Demonstrated capability to collaborate and interface with Procurement, Engineering and other disciplines to remove barriers.
