- Responsible for internal and external project cost status reporting
- Accurate and consistent cost tracking
- Participate in collecting and analyzing contract cost data including quantities and variation orders
- Prepare updated input to yearly license budget and quarterly Business Plans
- Analyze changes and provide deviation explanations to stakeholders
- Handle project changes with cost impact (management of Change)
- Maintain project specific WBS according to corporate standards
- Prepare and follow-up Manpower Projection Plans and man-hour cost estimates
- Handle invoices and accruals
- Follow-up stakeholders and contractors
- Provide general Project Management support
- Secure ownership by responsible managers
