· Completion of Schooling, or local equivalent education equating to 12 years of School Education and the completion of all training and certification requirements to include but no limited to:
a) USCG Stability or ARO approved equivalent Stability Training
b) OPITO/STCW/Aramco approved Advanced Fire Fighting
c) STCW Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boat
d) IATA Dangerous Goods Air Awareness or ARO approved equivalent Course
