• Supports Planning & Performance department on preparation of annual project budgets, monthly reforecasts, and monthly cost reporting.
• Prepares AFEs for Regulator and Partners, with correct allocation of costs to WBS.
• Creates periodical reports complying with the reporting requirements for the different stakeholders, including key performance indicators and highlighting the impact of deviations in cost.
• Provides input to monthly reports and project monthly executive report (PMER / IAMS Project)
• Update the project budget, the time forecasts of committed costs and the payments to suppliers and contractors to ensure accurate and timely payment. Establish the cash flow to ensure availability of funds according to the requirements of the Company.
• Participate in gathering lessons learned for the project.
• Provides support to the Project Services Sr Manager to:
o Develop and maintain the project services related plans and procedures.
o Cost control requirements in contracts scope of work preparation, evaluation, and award.
o Monitor and appraise the performance of the Contractor(s) in areas of cost control, progress measurement and control.
o Implement and administer the project change control process.
