Job requirements
Preference will be given to candidates experienced in design of Steel Catenary Risers / Steel Lazy wave risers / Flexible risers.
Knowledge of FEA analysis using Orcaflex, Shear-7 and Python routines is required.
Degree from an accredited university in engineering (Structural, Mechanical, Civil, Etc.) .
5 years minimum of relevant experience in the in Rigid and / or Flexible risers engineering for the offshore Oil and Gas industry
Advanced knowledge of DNV and API codes applicable to Risers
Knowledge of fatigue and fracture mechanics
This position requires technical and relational skills.
