Responsible for/ensure:
Work with management and crew to maintain and improve compliance with all regulatory and customer requirements
Key player to ensure consistency across rigs in meeting Seadrill Directives and requirements
Oversight and quality assurance of all “pendencia” cases to ensure suitable follow-up, action and closure within required deadlines
Promote and maintain an effective working relationship with other departments, third-party personnel and Customer Representatives
Regularly meet to review performance with Offshore Leadership and Rig Management, providing support as required to achieve performance targets and leading indicator compliance.
Capture best practice and lessons learned and propose fleet wide implementation
General support during internal and external audits
