Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 7 years of experience in the job offered or in a R&D Mechanical Engineering related occupation.
Position also requires:
Experience with Downhole Completion Tool Design
Experience with back-office software e.g. SAP for the purpose of providing manufacturing support through quality checks, tracking logistics of parts as part of prototype design process and finding run history of previously developed tools
Experience with SolidWorks and ancillary Dessault Systems Software
Experience with design software programs such as MathCad, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. for the purpose of creating analytical models of designed downhole tool components
Experience with FMEA generation & Risk Assessments
Experience with Product Development Tools such as Fracas, TapRoot, Parsable, aPriori Design for Manufacturing, etc.
Experience with Technical Writing for the purpose of delivering detailed technical reports of tests completed and for project close out final communication
