Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience on similar roles in the Oil & Gas industry
Minimum engineering degree holder
Demonstrated understanding of the engineering design process and ability to challenge the status quo to identify opportunities for improvement
Demonstrated ability to identify goals and objectives to support delivery of business results
Demonstrated ability to identify, engage and align with stakeholders on objectives to support delivery of team goals
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships and influence others to accomplish shared goals
Good oral and written communication skills with an ability to adapt communication to suit audiences
Proven aptitude to organize, prioritize, develop, adapt and deliver assigned activities to achieve defined objectives
Specific experience in any of the specific working areas identified above will be an advantage.
