Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a preference for a master's degree.
At least 5 years of experience in engineering and procurement project management, preferably in the oil and gas or energy industry.
Strong technical knowledge and experience in engineering design, procurement, and construction practices and procedures.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure project delivery within time and budget constraints.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues and develop innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to engineering, procurement, and project management.
