· Good understanding for client drawings and client Specifications.
· Extracting the Material take-off from client drawings.
· Preparing technical Queries (if needed) to substitute the unavailable Materials.
· Preparing Material requisitions list.
· Review IFC information to ensure same as at Tender stage.
. Make the Updated requisitions to achieve client requirements.

. Bachelor of Engineering
. Years of experience: 1 to 3 years
. English language: Good
. Good knowledge in AutoCAD, Excel
