Right now we are looking for a Maintenance planner (onshore)
Duties and responsibilities:
Be a part of the project to establish and start-up the onshore maintenance Centre
Day to Day planning of all maintenance work onboard
Detailed plans for each maintenance resource offshore daily, weekly and monthly
Reschedule and reprioritize as required when unplanned things happen so the offshore personnel will get an updated work schedule.
Manage all the resources in the maintenance organization and all requests for resources.
Experience with Maintenance and Maintenance planning from MODU
Qualifications:
College / University degree in a relevant field
Strong technical competence and experience with planning, execution and leading a maintenance team, as Technical Section Leader, Maintenance Supervisor, Technical Superintendent or similar.
Good Communication skills in Norwegian and English
Open to changes and strive for innovation and optimization
Regular offshore visits are expected
