BSc degree, or equivalent, in an Engineering or Science discipline
Second or advanced degree in Business preferred
A deep understanding of Lean Thinking and Lean Leadership
The demonstrated ability to influence at the most Senior Levels
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant business experience
Ability to lead, coach and mentor highly skilled and experienced team members
A track record of Leadership and direction through effective communications, building effective teams
A Lean Certification from a reputable certifying body or benchmark company
Integrated supply chain experience
Show moral courage, openness and honesty in all dealings and a collaborative approach to working with others
Self-aware, resilient, optimistic, and open to change
Result oriented
Read a situation and make sound recommendations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
