Qualification Criteria
Essential
BSc Engineering or equivalent Secondary Technical Degree.
Extensive (15 + years) Wells experience with E&P Oil and Gas Company or major service provider.
Advanced knowledge of onshore (or offshore considered) workover and Completions operations including, rig equipment, well control, well killing, well integrity repairs, water shut off, completions, ESP installations.
Demonstrable history of being part or leading a Technical Evaluation Team for Tender evaluation (Technical only).
Strong understanding of slickline, E-line and hydraulic fracturing activities.
Landmark Open Wells Reporting, Fluids and Hydraulics Software, Log Interpretation
Demonstrably strong communication and mentoring skills commensurate with the above job role, proven record of developing junior personnel
Strong English language skills
IWCF Well Control certified or equivalent.
Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment where daily challenges will disrupt planned activities. Results driven.
Demonstrable history of multiple rig operations, as the company typically operate between 10 to 13 rigs at any time.
Experience of managing third party contractor and Contract management.
