Job Summary:
This position will ensure that all the Methods Engineering activities are properly managed by subordinate staff to guarantee the quality of the product based on job requirements. You will lead the Project Installation Engineering team during execution.
Lead Method Engineer Responsibilities:
Assist to other functions to indicate, agree, and implement the most efficient and effective solutions for the Installation/construction activities
Organize and participate in design reviews in order to define the best Installation methodology solutions
Initiate all the equipment, installation aids & material documentation
Identify and follow up of the equipment, installation aids & material, including associated documentation
Review contracts, the qualifications, the clarifications, and specifications for both the company and interfaces
Review Subcontractor technical documentation (procedures, reports) and provide input data
Design any required lift rigging
Update Installation Engineering Master Document Register for the scope on a weekly basis
Issue Time estimates, detailed Operation schedules, transportation schedules for the scope
Ensure equipment, installation aids & material requirements are well transmitted and received through a turn-around file (Material List)
Review Manufacturer testing procedures and reports (FAT, SIT/OT)
Integrate the Fabrication data book (QC report, certificates) in the Installation Aids data
