2+ years of experience in working in an offshore\marine environment

Advanced knowledge of personal computer hardware, Microsoft desktop operating systems and peripheral equipment such as printers, drivers, monitors, keyboards, and scanners.
Knowledge of working with Android devices including tablets, Raspberry Pi etc.
Working knowledge of servers, networking, IOT, PLC hardware and the ability to identify physical network and IOT devices to enable remote parties in carrying out maintenance and upgrade tasks
Thorough knowledge of Local Area Network fundamentals.
Basic knowledge of IP networking fundamentals including routing protocols, addressing, and name resolution (such as DHCP, and DNS).
Understands how to read network and other schematic drawings and ability to prepare same.
Experience in creation and testing of interconnecting cable/technologies.
Familiarity with network diagnostic equipment.
Ability and knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve the network infrastructure issues.
Basic project management skills for managing concurrent projects, meeting deadline, following existing scope of works and ability to create same.
Ability to work independently, self-learn, and in conjunction with other disciplines and departments on and offshore, perform thorough problem analysis for hardware and software.
