Job Title : Instrument Engineer (Control Valve Workshop)
Work location : Bintulu, Sarawak
Work duration : 5 months
Job Purpose: Provide technical support for instrumentation assurance to the Turnaround team and assist in the preparation of Turnaround plans, schedules, materials and manpower estimates. Track work progress and submit regular reports to the Senior Instrument Engineer.
Scope: Understand and execute the instrumentation scope for control valve overhaul. Interface with Operations and Maintenance and Contractors and align on sequence and timing of removal, repair, installation and testing of CV’s and implementation of other field instrumentation scope. Prior to Turnaround, continuously review and update instrumentation plan to support the over-all Turnaround Shutdown plans
Job requirement :
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Electronic, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent or technical
- Eight (8) years of experience in O&G instrumentation maintenance or assurance
