Job Description:
A leading Drilling and Construction Contractor is looking for an HSE Engineer to join Various Offshore Vessels operating Worldwide. The role involves ensuring vessel compliance with company HSE Management Systems, guiding crews on safety practices, and supporting continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.



Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Support the ongoing development and improvement of the vessel’s HSE Management System across all operational phases
• Ensure vessel operations comply with company safety standards, client requirements, and legislation
• Advise vessel leadership and crew on HSE procedures and best practices
• Provide safety training to crew and management teams
• Lead or assist in accident/incident investigations and ensure lessons learned are applied



Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in O&G offshore as HSE
• Valid BOSIET Certificate
• Experience applying HSE systems within vessel or offshore operations
• Ability to guide teams on risk assessment, incident prevention, and safety management
• Strong communication skills for liaising with crews, management, and stakeholders
• Competence in investigations, audits, and HSE training delivery
• Proven leadership skills to coordinate onboard HSE personnel
• Fluent in spoken and written English



Employment Details:
• Job Title: HSE Engineer
• Project: Various Offshore Vessels
• Rotation: 35/35 days on/off
• Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Salary: Based on realistic expectations, to be discussed with shortlisted candidates (consolidated monthly salary per month of work)
