Candidate should have 10+ Years of experience in Contracts Engineering competent and comfortable in reviewing incoming and outgoing letters for potential contractual issues and addressing these with the project management team and if necessary, redrafting outgoing correspondence.
Candidate should have capable and comfortable discussing contractual issues and differences of interpretation of contract terms with the client on our behalf and in the preparation and negotiation of star rates and in the preparation and negotiation of claims.
