Personal qualifications: skills/experience, education, qualities.
· 5 - 8 yrs. of related experience in Construction management. Some engineering discipline experience in large waterfront or port infrastructure will be a plus. Experience from construction activities in NY will be an advantage.
· Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is preferred however relevant construction experience may compensate for formal qualifications. Safety trainings are required.
· Collaborative, enthusiastic and curious attitude. Able to engage with contractors in a positive manger and deliver results
· Highly effective communicator with clear and concise writing and presentation skills.
· Thorough knowledge of local construction practices, systems, standards and regulatory framework, including labor relevant specifics.
