A drilling contractor is seeking an experienced Rig Electrician to maintain electrical systems and equipment used in drilling rig operations.
Rotation: 14 Days On / 14 Days Off
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and troubleshoot rig electrical systems
• Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance
• Inspect motors, generators, control panels, and electrical equipment
• Diagnose electrical faults and perform repairs
• Maintain electrical tools, equipment, and records
• Follow electrical safety and HSE procedures
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Electrician on drilling rigs or oil & gas installations
• Relevant electrical qualifications/certificates
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems
• Drilling rig experience preferred
• Good knowledge of electrical safety standards
• Physically fit and able to work rotational shifts
• Iraqi nationality is mandatory
