Job Description:
Glotech Marine is seeking an experienced Electrician to support offshore electrical maintenance and technical operations. The successful candidate will maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an offshore environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Maintain and repair electrical installations and equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform corrective maintenance
• Carry out preventive maintenance on motors, generators, and control systems
• Inspect electrical equipment and identify potential defects
• Support electrical testing and commissioning activities
• Follow electrical safety, isolation, and permit-to-work procedures
Requirements:
• Relevant electrical qualification or technical certification
• Previous experience as Electrician in offshore, marine, drilling, or oil & gas operations
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and equipment
• Valid offshore safety certification package where applicable
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid passport and relevant offshore documentation
• Good English communication skills
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and safety skills
