Associate degree in electrical discipline, or High School diploma followed by apprenticeship training or Military experience relating to electrical component and system testing preferred.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the commissioning of power plants.
2+ years’ in a team lead or supervisory capacity.
Solid understanding of electrical systems, switchgear, transformers, generators, and related power plant equipment.
Proven track record in successfully leading the commissioning of power plant projects.
Experience in overseeing electrical testing procedures and compliance with industry standards.
Strong knowledge of electrical safety protocols and regulations.
Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Willingness to travel as needed for project assignments.
