We are seeking a qualified Chief Electrician to support offshore and onshore drilling operations across Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all electrical power generation, distribution, control, and automation systems while ensuring safe and efficient rig operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Supervising maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults.
Managing preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and HSE procedures.
Maintaining electrical documentation and spare parts inventory.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience as a Chief Electrician.
DRILLMEC certification (mandatory).
DRILLMEC Operation Training with certification preferred.
Valid Passport.
Good English communication skills.
Strong knowledge of drilling rig electrical systems.
Previous offshore or onshore drilling experience.
