Libera Consultants is seeking an experienced Chief Electrical Engineer to support international energy, oil & gas, drilling, and industrial projects worldwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading electrical engineering operations, managing technical teams, ensuring compliance with international standards, and supporting complex engineering projects from planning through execution.
Job Responsibilities
Lead electrical engineering activities across assigned projects
Supervise electrical engineering teams and contractors
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and international engineering standards
Review and approve electrical designs and technical documentation
Manage project planning, execution, and reporting
Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary engineering teams
Monitor project quality, safety, and operational performance
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Proven experience as Chief Electrical Engineer
Relevant engineering degree and professional qualifications
Previous experience within Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial, or Infrastructure sectors
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work internationally and relocate if required
