- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Driller and 1+ year of experience as a Driller - Aux.
- Completion of all training requirements for the position within designated time period.
- Valid IWCF Well Control Surface and Subsea, level 3 Certificate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in office applications and other systems required for the position.
