Job Description
Ocean Oilfield is building a database of experienced Drillers for upcoming offshore Jack-Up Rig assignments.
The role will involve direct responsibility for drilling equipment operation, rig-floor supervision, and safe execution of drilling activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor drilling equipment
• Supervise rig-floor personnel
• Monitor drilling parameters and well operations
• Coordinate drilling activities with the Assistant Driller
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety checks
• Report equipment defects and operational issues
Requirements
• Proven offshore Driller experience
• Jack-Up Rig experience required
• UK North Sea / European offshore experience preferred
• Relevant drilling and well-control qualifications
• Valid offshore medical and safety certificates
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety awareness and decision-making skills
