Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any technical field
6+ years of directional drilling experience
Land rig experience desirable
Experience steering extended reach horizontal wells utilizing bent mud motors
A strong leader and team player; ability to work in cross functional organization (each DD involved in steering multiple rigs simultaneously)
Good analytical and problem solving skills
MS Office Suite experienced, excellent oral/written communication skills
Strong computer skills required. (Operating multiple computers / programs and applications simultaneously)
Proficient calculating anti-collision while drilling (separation factors, distances to nearby wellbores)
Experience with directional drilling software such as Compass or Well Architect (Compass is preferred and currently utilized by Client
