Job Description:
We are seeking an Entry-Level Trainee to join our drilling operations team. The Trainee will work under the supervision of the Driller, assisting in daily rig activities and performing manual labor tasks to support safe and efficient drilling operations. This position offers valuable hands-on experience and a pathway for career growth within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist drillers in making pipe connections
• Supervise mixing of drilling fluids
• Maintain and track inventory
• Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment on the drilling site
• Operate heavy machinery safely and effectively

Requirements:
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education (preferred)
• Basic operational and safety knowledge
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and follow company standards

– Prolonged standing, squatting, kneeling, and working in tight or elevated spaces
