EnerCrew MENA is seeking a qualified **Assistant Driller** to join its drilling operations team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will assist the Driller in carrying out safe and efficient drilling operations, ensuring compliance with all company and client safety standards. This role involves direct supervision of floor crew, maintaining rig equipment, and supporting all phases of drilling activity.

**Key Responsibilities:**
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist the Driller in daily rig operations and ensure drilling parameters are maintained.
• Supervise and train floor crew to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Monitor drilling equipment, fluids, and well conditions.
• Report any irregularities or equipment malfunctions to the Driller.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to HSE procedures at all times.

**Requirements:**
• Minimum 5 years of experience in drilling operations.
• Strong understanding of rig equipment, drilling procedures, and HSE standards.
• Valid offshore medical certificate.
• Valid BOSIET / HUET / H2S certification (if offshore).
• Proficiency in English communication.
