Prime Ocean is seeking an experienced Derrickman to join offshore drilling operations in the United States.
The successful candidate will be responsible for derrick operations, tubular handling, drilling equipment, and supporting safe and efficient rig-floor activities.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operate and monitor derrick equipment and associated systems
• Assist with tubular handling and tripping operations
• Inspect and maintain derrick and drilling equipment
• Support the Driller and rig crew during drilling activities
• Monitor work-at-height safety requirements
• Report equipment defects and unsafe conditions
• Follow all drilling and HSE procedures
Requirements:
• Proven Derrickman experience on offshore drilling rigs
• Relevant drilling and offshore qualifications
• Valid offshore safety certifications
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid passport and relevant offshore documentation
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is mandatory
• Good English communication skills
• Strong knowledge of drilling safety procedures
• Physically fit and comfortable working at height
