Job Description:
We are seeking a Derrickman to join our drilling team in Washington, PA. The role is critical in assisting the Driller with safe and efficient rig operations, including handling casing, drill pipes, and collars, as well as maintaining mud and chemical mixing systems. This position requires strong operational knowledge, safety awareness, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist drillers in making pipe connections
• Climb derrick to trip pipe and perform inspections/maintenance
• Supervise mixing of all drilling fluids
• Maintain and track inventory of supplies
• Properly maintain and repair equipment
• Delegate workload efficiently and mentor floor hands
Requirements:
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education (preferred)
• Previous experience as a Floorman/Derrickman with operational and safety knowledge
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills
Employment Details:

• Work Schedule: 12–13 hours/day, 14 days on / 7 days off rotation
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 80 lbs frequently, prolonged standing, squatting, kneeling, and climbing in challenging conditions (outdoors, wet/damp, hot/cold weather)
