- Maintain records and logs of additives to the drilling fluid and the varying properties of the mud.
- Assist in operating and maintaining drilling fluid, pumping and mixing systems.
- Apply Transocean Shared values.
Job Description
REPORTING:
Reports to Assistant Driller and Driller
SUPERVISION:
Provides guidance to the Pumphand and Floorhand
PRE-REQUISITE/QUALIFICATION:
Must be able to work in Australia without visa sponsorship.
High School Diploma (U.S.)/ Proof of Completion of Formal Education or Relevant Craft Certificate (where applicable)
Successful Military Discharge – Preferred for U.S.
Graduate of Trade School or University where knowledge and training acquired are applicable to job requirements - Preferred
Valid medical examination and vaccination certificates
Valid well control certificate per the standard defined on the training matrix.
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of all technical calculations required for the safe operation within the drilling operations.
