- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience as a Deck Pusher or Crane Operator.
- Requires knowledge of crane and rigging safety instructions and regulations and the operational limits of cranes and associated lifting equipment.
- Experience supervising Roustabout crews and in offshore drilling operations.
- Valid Crane Operator, Safe Gulf and BOSIET, HUET (incl. EBS), HLO, and basic and advanced fire fighting certification are required.
- Completion of all training requirements for the position within designated time period.
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to coach, motivate and mentor others and develop their skills and knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
