Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Marine Supervisor / Chief Officer to manage marine operations onboard an FPSO facility. The position requires strong leadership, offshore marine expertise, and knowledge of vessel operations, safety systems, and marine procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervise marine department operations
• Ensure safe vessel movements and marine activities
• Manage deck operations and crew performance
• Coordinate lifting, mooring, and cargo operations
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations
Requirements:
• Proven FPSO/offshore marine experience mandatory
• Chief Officer license or equivalent qualification
• Valid STCW certificates
• BOSIET/FOET and OGUK Medical
• Offshore vessel/FPSO operational experience
• Strong leadership and English communication skills
