Your responsibilities
HR and/or training processes: including implementation and execution of company procedures, such as service delivery models, SOPs etc.
Ensuring compliance at all time for all Noble offshore units as assigned
Monitoring performance and delivery of a Training Management Service (TMS)
Monitoring training compliance, through monthly reports, gap analysis and BI
Governance of training data quality, used for reporting
Supporting Audit requests and ensuring data quality for audits
Supporting development, optimizing and implementing new / current training processes, policies and procedures
Our requirements
Formal education at bachelor level or equivalent within relevant field
Minimum 1,5 years of relevant job experience
Fluent in English, written and verbally
Detail-oriented and high ability to have several tasks open at same time
Capable to priorities tasks to achieve deadlines
Self-disciplined in organizing daily activities
Able to work from home and from the office
Service-minded to assure the highest-level of services
Knowledge of Scandinavian or Portuguese – nice to have
