Location: Mexico

Education/Qualifications

· Degree in Science or Engineering with specialization in QHSE, desirable.

· Proficiency in Spanish. Excellent written and oral command of the English language.

· All ground computer user skills for HSE management tools (e.g. BowTie XP, Synergi).

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint and Outlook.

· Desired HSE related training and qualifications/certifications: incident management and investigation methods, risk assessment, emergency management (e.g. ICS, IMO), HSE Management Systems, Environmental Management, etc.



Experience & Knowledge

· Min 5 years relevant experience as HSE Analyst in Drilling Projects.

· Offshore, Operator and in Country experience highly desired.

· Knowledge and understanding of the local and international Regulations (SASISOPA) and standards on Workplace Safety (i.e.: NEBOSH, OSHA, API, ISO, NFPAs, etc).

· Knowledge and understanding of the local regulations on waste management and classification.

· Knowledge and understanding of HSE related best practices in the O&G industry (e.g. IOGP, IPIECA).

· Must show a sense of ownership and accountability.

· Must lead by example in terms of behaviours.
