Provide essential administrative support to contribute to day-to-day functions for HRIS.
Design and generate basic data reports in the HR area
Assist in current HRIS projects, capture business requirements and translate them into functional specification, coordinate requirement delivery and development, assist with change management
Perform AS-IS business process analysis, and document business process for future reference
Collaborate with all other departments and/or all levels of management, as needed, to ensure completion of HRIS processes, duties/tasks.
