Responsibilities include:
Working knowledge and proficient use of Ecosys to control & manage project costs.
Creation of new projects, use of templates for import, monthly data maintenance processes, reporting tools
Process and reporting of financials, budget preparation &re forecast.
Assist execution team in gathering, verifying, validating, and analyzing data in support of project controls reporting.
Knowledge and usage of SAP, especially regarding purchase orders/committed costs,VoWD, & actual work flows.
Excel advanced user, with ability to create advanced functions, management of data, reports, etc.
Ability to create and update executive level presentations.
Knowledge of unconventional Oil & Gas Operations desired
Confidence to interact effectively with different areas of the organization.
Capacity to thrive in a high pressure, time-sensitive environment.
Knowledge of Project Management and Large Capital Projects
