Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in contracts / proposal

Ability to gather and analyze/synthesize large sets of documents and data, confirming its accuracy and adequacy as an integral part of the collective analysis/synthesis process.
Ability to adapt to frequent work-load variations (up and down) which is inherent to the sales and marketing efforts.
Excellent organization skills and discipline in filing documents
Ability to work in groups and share workload as needed
Demonstrated ability to work with employees on all levels including management.
Demonstrated effective leadership and influencing skills and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Working knowledge of Company Management System, document control systems and databases.
Intermediate knowledge of oil and gas industry contract auditing processes and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to influence and coordinate the efforts of others with no direct authority to manage other's work priorities.
