We are hiring a 3rd Engineer / Engine Room Lead for long-term deployment onboard a modern FPSO. The role includes supporting daily operations of the engine room, supervising motormen/oilers, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee engine room operations under supervision of senior engineers
• Perform planned and corrective maintenance
• Lead engine room team and ensure operational readiness
• Monitor machinery parameters and report deviations
• Apply safety and environmental guidelines
Requirements:
• Valid STCW III/1 or equivalent
• BOSIET/FOET
• Offshore medical
• FPSO or offshore experience (advantage)
• Good English communication
