Description

his role is responsible for managing all mechanical equipment to ensure the vessel has light, heat, and power.

Responsibilities:

-Ensure all water levels are maintained and that the grease cups are kept full

-Manage the speed, direction, and control of the vessel

-Record data of water levels, temp or pressure, temp of equipment, and fuel consumed

-Always be aware of manual controls and override automatic controls to move equipment into operating ranges

-Assist and participate in all drills and emergency procedures

-Always assist in the loading and unloading of luggage
