Responsibilities:
Ensure all water levels are maintained and that the grease cups are kept full
Manage the speed, direction, and control of the vessel
Record data of water levels, temp or pressure, temp of equipment, and fuel consumed
Always be aware of manual controls and override automatic controls to move equipment into operating ranges
Assist and participate in all drills and emergency procedures
Always assist in the loading and unloading of luggage
Requirements:
Driver’s License or Passport
Officer in Charge of Engineering Watch (STCW III/1 OOW Unlimited)
Advanced Fire Fighting (STCW A-VI/3)
Flag State License (Maritime Authority)
Transport Workers ID Credential (TWIC)
USCG Merchant Mariner Medical
STCW-95 Basic Training 9Table A-VI)
