Job Description:
Viking Crew is recruiting an experienced Hotel Storekeeper to join a Cruise Liner operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing hotel department inventory, receiving and issuing supplies, maintaining accurate records, and supporting smooth daily hotel operations onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Manage hotel department stores and inventory control
• Receive, inspect, and distribute supplies onboard
• Maintain accurate stock records and documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and prepare requisitions
• Coordinate with hotel departments regarding supply requirements
• Ensure proper storage procedures and organization of stores

Requirements:
• Previous experience as Hotel Storekeeper, Inventory Controller, or similar role onboard cruise ships preferred
• Knowledge of hotel operations and stock management procedures
• Experience with inventory systems is an advantage
• Valid STCW certification package where applicable
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid passport
• Good English communication skills
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
