Required:
Unrestricted STCW
Masters and officers of vessels less then 500 GRT (Reg II/3)
Advantage if has MCA endorsement or CEC (Certificate of Equivalent Competency).

Yacht certificate system
Master Code vessels Less than 200 GRT , 150 NM from safe haven R II/2 (Y)
