Hold a Master <45m (minimum) or higher (preferable) qualification
Have Senior First Aid/CPR certificates
Hold Local Knowledge Certificate - Port Phillip South (or be willing to obtain)
Have ability to obtain and hold an AMSA medical certificate of fitness
hold Marine Radio Operator's Certificate of Proficiency
Have, or be willing to obtain a clear National Police Check
Demonstrate experience obtained within the maritime, tourism or passenger vehicle sectors
Have proven leadership skills, and demonstrated ability to influence positive outcomes
Be personable, with a customer-centric and safety-first focus.
