A leading cruise operator is recruiting an experienced Deck Fitter to support structural maintenance, fabrication, and repair work onboard modern cruise vessels operating worldwide.
Job Responsibilities
Perform steel fabrication and fitting work
Repair deck machinery and fittings
Carry out welding preparation and structural maintenance
Support dry dock and maintenance projects
Maintain deck equipment
Follow safety procedures and maintenance schedules
Work with engineering and deck departments
Maintain accurate maintenance records
Requirements
Previous experience as Deck Fitter onboard ships
Valid STCW 2010 certification package
Fitter or mechanical trade qualification
Valid passport, seaman's book, and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong fabrication and maintenance skills
Ability to work in multicultural crews
