A leading yacht recruitment company is currently seeking an experienced Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) to join a Motor Yacht operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will maintain all electrical, electronic, automation, communication, navigation, and entertainment systems while ensuring uninterrupted yacht operations and exceptional guest comfort.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced ETOs with previous Motor Yacht experience.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain electrical and electronic systems onboard
Service automation, alarm, and monitoring systems
Maintain navigation and communication equipment
Repair lighting, AV, entertainment, and hotel systems
Troubleshoot electrical faults and equipment failures
Maintain technical records and spare parts inventory
Participate in emergency drills and safety procedures
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and maritime regulations
Requirements
Valid Electro-Technical Officer Certificate (ETO CoC)
Valid STCW certification package
Previous Motor Yacht experience as ETO
Valid passport and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong electrical and automation knowledge
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Physically and medically fit for sea service
