Requirements:
5+ years progressive experience in the maritime industry of which 3 years should be on yachts.
Proven longevity previous position
Strong maintenance experience and knowledge
Experience working with paint systems, varnishing and on deck cleaning products
Proficiency in maneuvering and handling of both jet and propeller driven, single and twin engine watercraft of all sizes
Experience with operating large davits/cranes
Must be able to perform both independently and as a part of a team and must have a high level of individual initiative and be largely self-directed
Good verbal and written command of the English language
